What Powers to use

Renegade AoE Setup.

Class Features 
Chilling presence is a must for the added damage bonus that can go as high as 96% on mobs
Combustive Action for the extra 24% debuff and the huge AP gain that gives when mobs die.



Dailies
Opressive force 99% of the time is the power to use.
It allows while casting to use your skills and encounters for even faster and higher damage. It applies the combustive debuff and smolder to all affected mobs in 1 hit. 



Encounters 
Conduit of Ice in mastery Cast it from range to start applying chill stack to mobs around your target.  
Icy terrain Your main Proc and freeze "engine". 
Steal Time Heavy hitter and AOE encounter that deals a lot of damage to 5 mobs max. 

Fanning the Flame or Disintegrate  As 4th encounter you can use either depending on your personal taste and group. If mobs don't die as fast FtF is better after using Oppressive cause it will start attacking on all mobs that have smolder near your target.  If the DPS is good and you want to execute the last mob standing, Disintegrate is better choice.



At-wills
Ray Of frost It helps apply or refresh the chill stacks way faster than Chilling cloud and also it has faster cast specially at long ranges and the fact that  it procs more hits of Aura of courage (about 2x the rate of other at wills) It makes it a better option than others. Added bonus it procs Combatant Maneuvers mount bonus.
 
 
Scorching Burst In case you need to apply smolder to mobs rapidly. It only needs a tap and not fully powered. Can be used at full charged as range opener  to add smolder and then use Conduit.


Rotation:
Conduit from range to start adding chill stacks on mobs, Icy terrain when near, Oppressive and steal time while Oppressive is casting. Fanning or Disintegrate the remaining 1-2 mobs or repeat if there are more alive.  

 

Oppressor AoE Setup.

Class Features

Note here that, if you run as 2 cw its better to use Swath of Destruction
for extra smolder damage

Encounters 
Since we have 5/5 in Icy Veins our chill stacks will be always maxed. 
Fanning the Flame  Cast it from range to start applying Smolder to mobs and deal damage.  
Icy terrain Your main Proc and freeze "engine". 
Steal Time Heavy hitter and AOE encounter that deals a lot of damage to 5 mobs max. 

Disintegrate  to "execute" the last mob standing, 



At-wills
Ray Of frost It helps apply or refresh the chill stacks way faster than Chilling cloud and also it has faster cast specially at long ranges and the fact that  it procs more hits of Aura of courage (about 2x the rate of other at wills) It makes it a better option than others. Added bonus it procs Combatant Maneuvers mount bonus.  
Scorching Burst In case you need to apply smolder to mobs rapidly.  

Rotation:
Fanning the Flame from range to start the smolder procing on mobs, Disintegrate to get the 2nd elemental buff, Icy terrain when near to freeze them (icy veins 5/5), Oppressive force  and  Steal time while Oppressive is casting.  Disintegrate  or Fanning  on the remaining 1-2 mobs or repeat if there are more alive.

Single target setup.

Class Features 
Chilling presence is a must for the added damage bonus that can go as high as 48% on bosses
Swath of destruction for the extra 20% debuff and the added 60% Damage to smolder. 


Dailies
Ice Knife 90% of the time is the power to use specially when the boss is without mobs.
Oppressive force  
In case there are mobs around the boss. 


Encounters 
Ray of enfeeblement or Icy rays in mastery You can use RoE to help both the team and yourself with the debuffs  or in case you are the main DPS or in 2 cw run One will use Icy Rays and the other RoE for best results.  
Now RoE needs  one cast to apply the 35% debuff. It also reduces the boss damage by the same amount.  

Chill Strike or Icy terrain One or the other based on how stationary is the boss and how good you are at maintaining chill stacks. Also Icy terrain will multiproc Aura of courage  so that is an added bonus. 
Fanning the Flame This power is needed for both the elemental feat as the 3rd element to gain 5% DPS and also for the very good damage it does to the boss. 
Disintegrate  Hi DPS encounter  that with the right recovery can be casted almost every 3 seconds.

not fully powered. 



Rotation:
One Scorching burst at start to start smolder
Ray of
Enfeeblement
to start the debuff for you and the team or Icy Rays, Disintegrate, and then Fanning and Chill strike/Icy terrain. Ice Knife whenever its ready but try to do it after you cast Ray of enfeeblement. Same goes for Disintegrate.
When its ready cast it between other encounters as Ice Knife and Dis. are your main heavy hitters. 


 

Full debuff.

The only real change here is that you will use, both Combustive Action and  Swath of Destruction.
You can use the aoe setup even for bosses as  those encounters will multiproc Aura of courage
and you still will be able to do some DPS to help your group.

I only recommend the use of both debuff passives when you run with an exceptional DPS as in that case even a 5% damage buff will help more, than your personal DPS.
